ingredients suppliers - a few of my faves

realfoodsource: for all your dry goods, great range of nuts, seeds, oils and free-from ingredients.

shipton mill: uk grown and milled flour, including gluten free, heritage and stone milled flours and you can buy massive sacks as well as retail bags!

hodmedods: british grown pulses, flours, grains… and much more.

HASbean & horsham coffee roaster: where i order my coffee from for home :)

the little tortilleria is a great business - fresh corn tortillas made in the UK and shipped to you! Plus a great little selection of Mexican ingredients and spices. I bulk buy and freeze the tortillas, for the best taco nights whenever we want. They are currently rebranding as Masa tortillas JSYK.

Equipment - my must haves

OXO: I love tools and gadgets by OXO good grips. Their peeler and mandolin are my two favourites in the kitchen, and extremely durable and long lasting. Also they do a great salad spinner!

ZWILLING cookware: Buy cheap buy twice, right? Their pans aren’t the most expensive around, but they are definitely an investment. That said, I have a set of saucepans that are between 12 and 15 years old and they honestly look and work like new.

Mercer:The best bread knife I have ever used! (thanks to a recommendation from my aunt in the US)

victorinox: My favourite kitchen scissors. I have a 10 year old set that are the sharpest things I own aside from knives!
