Corn Ribs (with Sumac Butter)

Not much of a recipe here! Just make sure you have a sharp knife. You can see how important that is in the video. Certainly wish I had my own for this one. Luckily I will from now on! Check the video for the very simple method. Remember you can go whatever flavour direction you want!

Some suggestions:

  • Fried mustard seeds and curry leaves, coconut cream and lime

  • Miso butter

  • Gojuchang

  • Chipotle paste / infused oil

  • Soft herbs, oil/butter and queso fresco, lime/lemon
