Corn Ribs (with Sumac Butter)
Not much of a recipe here! Just make sure you have a sharp knife. You can see how important that is in the video. Certainly wish I had my own for this one. Luckily I will from now on! Check the video for the very simple method. Remember you can go whatever flavour direction you want!

Fried mustard seeds and curry leaves, coconut cream and lime
Miso butter
Gojuchang
Chipotle paste / infused oil
Soft herbs, oil/butter and queso fresco, lime/lemon
